How far in advance should I place my order?
We recommend placing your order at least 1-2 days in advance for standard cakes. For custom creations or large quantities, please book at least 5-7 days ahead to ensure availability.
Do you offer same-day delivery?
Yes, we offer same-day delivery for a selection of our best-selling cakes and petit gateaux, provided the order is placed before our daily cutoff time of 2:00 PM.
Are your cakes Halal-certified?
While we are not officially Halal-certified, all our ingredients are sourced from Halal-certified suppliers, and we strictly do not use alcohol or lard in any of our baking processes.
How should I store my cake after receiving it?
To maintain freshness, our cakes should be kept refrigerated at 0-4°C. We recommend consuming them within 2 days of delivery for the best texture and flavor.
What is your return or refund policy for food items?
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately with a photo for a replacement or refund assessment.
Can I include a personalized message with my order?
Absolutely! You can add a custom message for a chocolate plaque or a gift card during the checkout process to make your celebration extra special.
