For this year's Father's Day, we wanted to create something as multifaceted as a father’s love — bold yet gentle, complex yet comforting. We didn’t settle for any coffee; we infused the crémeux with our own Lachér Blend, grinding the beans to extract a deep, aromatic intensity you won't find anywhere else. We didn't stop at just that; we layered in the warmth of our handcrafted hazelnut praline and the brightness of lychee, with a hint of rose. It’s an intentional harmony where the fruity, the nutty, and the floral don't just sit together — they complement one another. It is a refined celebration of flavour — deliberate, well-balanced, and made with the kind of care Dad deserves.

Your first bite is met with the silky Caramel Chantilly and Lychee Mousse, which quickly gives way to the soul-warming depth of the coffee. Then comes the surprise — the Lychee Rose Compote adds a delicate floral lift that brightens the richness, while the Coffee Hazelnut Feuilletine provides a toasted, nutty crunch that lingers.
